Curl 6 Error on add plugins

  • Error;
    Your site is unable to reach www.ads-software.com at api.www.ads-software.com, and returned the error: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: api.www.ads-software.com

    However we have it working ok on other sites on the server and we can ping it ok.

    We have tried everything we can think off.

    It only seems to be effercting reseller or new accounts?

    Did you update this plugin recently? Are the other sites running the same version of the plugin as this one that you are having problems with?

    @yobani Thanks for the comment back. No it was a complete fresh install.

    We have had it on a few accounts and servers. Recently older instaltions on the same servers dont seem to be affected.

    We went through everything curl, ssl, DNS and even tried cloudlinux again.

    Turns out all we needed to do was disable php-fpm on the affected domains.

    This works for the short term. We belive it’s an issue with a kernel somewhere. Maybe to do with cloudlinux after it was uninstalled but it also affected fresh whm installs also.

    Maybe an issue if you use cloundns or nginx maybe.

    Either way the php-fpm disabled for the installation domain worked.
