CURL blocked at port 8443

Hi

After a lot of debugging it seems that bluehost is blocking (https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/help/405) all outgoing connections on ports other than 80 and 443 for standard plan. I can see from the code (class-dpd-admin.php L122) that plugin is using port 8443, except for LT parcel machines, for updating parcel machine list.

Is this something you can change or should we except that it will stay on port 8443 for foreseeable future?
