cURL error 28

    Since wordpress added the tool “Site Health”, I noticed that 4 sites I administer have the error:
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    By activating a different theme, then deactivating all plugins and adding them back in one-by-one, I narrowed it down to this plugin.

    Can you tell me if there is a solution, or whether it affects the paypal payment? I currently have 1 site that is actively using it, so I need to make sure it is working properly.
