    I’m getting multiple errors when running this plugin all related to http_request. Here is an example;

    The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    It’s defently this plugin that is causing the issue. Even on a fresh WP install.

    Are you able to tell me what is the URL called by the cURL?

    This is an example I left running. Fresh WP install, no other plugins running. Still getting REST failure. The IP plugin is active but not set up at all.

    Same issue here. On the “Site health” log I’m getting:
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    And Query Monitor shows:
    Certificate verification disabled (sslverify=false) https://example.com/wp-json/wp/v2/types/post?context=edit

    We’ve traced the error back to the IP plugin by disabling all other plugins, then re-enabling individually. When IP plugin is enabled, the error starts.

    Still doesn’t work. Not happy you make this as resolved when it clearly isn’t.

    I’ve forwarded you the CURL info and server config data and the Query Monitor log files.

    Thanks that has indeed resolved the issue. No errors showing now.
