cURL error 28

  • Hello,

    I’ve just gotten started with your plugin and plan to upgrade but I’m having some syncing difficulties. I’ve set Wp-Shopify to “Create Product Detail Pages” and when I try to sync I get “cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10518 milliseconds”

    I’ve checked that all the API credentials and permission are correct. I’ve tried turning synchronous requests on/off and used the minimum/maximum values for “items per request” setting. Not sure what’s happening.

    Also, what is the custom post type name that will be used for syncing and could this conflict with woo-commerce?

    Hey there!

    The custom post type slug is called “wps_products”.

    Regarding the syncing error, can you try deactivating all your other plugins temporarily and attempting the sync again? Let me know how that goes.
