I’m trying to do an import with the pro version, and while importing articles I get these errors: cURL error 28 and cURL error 6

I guess it is from links that no longer work. Either the original site url has changed, or the site no longer exists.

The import stops at 4% and will not go further. I have selected “skip media” just for testing purposes, and that does allow the import to continue to 7%, then it stops at “importing users,” but I do need those media images, and the blog goes back to 2008.

I do have the pro version, and have reached out to their support, but I haven’t heard back yet, and am stuck on this project until I can get this fixed.

Update: I tried excluding users and the blog, now it’s getting stuck exporting orders at 87%.

    Noted, thanks.

For anyone else experiencing this issue, I disabled “import external media” and the cURL errors went away. I’m still working on getting my server settings setup to finish importing, it’s still getting stuck at 4%.
