cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds

    Hi,

    Getting a simple timeout error when trying to connect the newly created and verified FREE account with the plugin on WordPress via the “Advanced” tab area.

    Not a great first impression and user experience for a new user of the plugin…… and one that costs upwards of $65/year – while it looks great, it dont work great. ??

    ERROR

    Error with wp_remote_post, error message:
    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds

    Hi,

    Please use and create the widget in the paid subscription, since it has the auto-update feature. The free wordpress plugin is a different system and we would advise not to use it if you have a subscription.
