cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes receive

    Hi. I’ve done a good bit of research into this cURL problem with your knowledgebase, and spent a couple hours with our Dreamhost web company support about it yesterday and today. We ended up installing the plugin suggested on this page:

    After setting it for “30” timeout, this is why we are getting the error “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received” rather than the 5001 default timeout. It is quite intermittent. Works sometimes and doesn’t work, and then works, and then doesn’t.

    The hosting company says they have assessed all four points at the bottom of that page, and asked us to share this error log with you for further guidance about this problem …..

    When specifically are you seeing the cURL error 28 showing up? Is this just when you are trying to send an email, or are you seeing the errors reported at any other times as well?

    Also, where are they being reported? Directly in your wp-admin dashboard, or in logs? Please send screenshots of where you are seeing them show up. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Finally, please copy and paste the information from?MailPoet > Help > System Info, and send that over as well. Please be sure to remove any sensitive information like your email address before pasting the System Info here.

    Hi there @8tracktapestore,

    Adding onto my questions above, I noticed the following in those logs that your hosting provided.

    I see that they reference “Smart_Manager” and “Smart_Manager_Pro_Views->get_all_accessible_views”, as well as errors:
    WordPress database error Table 'the8tracktapestore_com.wp_uvhgsh_sm_views' doesn't exist for query

    The missing “wp_uvhgsh_sm_views” table would also likely be referring to that “Smart Manager” (i.e. “sm_views” == Smart Manager).

    Please try temporarily deactivating any “Smart Manager” and “Smart Manager Pro” plugin(s) you have installed on the site, and then check again to see if you still see the same issue.
