cURL error

    I have recently set up MailOptin to make the connection between a WordPress-Elementor site and Sendinblue to collect subscriptions.

    I am now occasionally (a few times per day at most) receiving email notifications from you with error messages:

    The optin campaign “” is failing to convert leads due to the following error “0: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”.

    And sometimes:

    The optin campaign “” is failing to convert leads due to the following error “: “.

    (so, a blank message)

    I have verified with my host (WPEngine) that all those items are okay. They have also search for any indication that something else could be wrong (including a javascript logging) but found nothing.

    So now I am at a loss what is the problem.

    Can you help sort this out?
