    after update with latest plugin, I am getting below error

    RAZORPAY ERROR: Order creation failed with the message: ‘cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: api.razorpay.com’.

    notes
    update API not working
    Deactivate and active plugin not working
    Reinstall plugin not working

    new update:- I tried older version and also tried LIVE api and Test Mode API but nothing works

    This error is due to plugin conflict. Are you getting this error in site health?

    nope site health show me my site is fully healthy and working fine just issue arrive after update plugin

    thinking to clean cache and reinstall plugin let you know after trying this

    Cleaning Cache not worked

    WordPress Version 5.4
    PHP version 7.4.2 (Supports 64bit values)
    cURL version 7.62.0 OpenSSL/1.0.2k
    Razorpay for WooCommerce Version 2.4.1 by Team Razorpay
    WooCommerce Version 4.0.1 by Automattic
    WooCommerce Admin Version 1.0.3 by WooCommerce

    Hi there,

    Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!

    I hope you were able to find a fix for your issue. I’ll respond anyway in case someone else faces the same problem.

    The error you’ve shared is what you’d get if you’re unable to connect to the internet at all, i.e. our base service https://api.razorpay.com is not reachable for your servers. Have you got a firewall configured on your end? Alternatively it’s also possible that you’re on an older version of TLS, which is no longer supported. Details: Link.
