Curl Error 6: Could Not Resolve Host

  • Good morning,
    I created a site, the first part is already online to follow there will be other sections, looking at the “Health of the site” page, I found this critical error, I looked for on the net but for now I have not found an answer.
    “Your site is unable to reach www.ads-software.com at 198.143.164.251, and returns the error: Curl Error 6: Could Not Resolve Host: API.www.ads-software.com”
    I reinstalled the WP 6.2, but the problem has not disappeared, all the plugins are updated, the version of the php 7.4
    Then by checking other sites that I made everyone they have this critical error, it seems that it depends on the non -updated SSL certificate.
    The problem is that I cannot install new plugins or do some jobs.
    I deactivated the antivirus, the problem persists.
    Do you have any suggestions?

  • Please contact the support of your hoster. Probably a security tool will prevent the outgoing connection to www.ads-software.com.
