Can you please answer these questions for me please?

How do I disconnect facebook from woocommerce?

How will this affect my Facebook page?

Will something change on the Facebook page (posts, ads, published posts…)? Or will it only affect commerce on Facebook and the products in the store will not be displayed?

    Hi there @alica37 ??

    Of course!

How do I disconnect facebook from woocommerce?

    1. In your WordPress admin, head to Marketing > Facebook.
    2. Click the “Uninstall” link.

A screenshot showcasing this, is directly linked here.

Clicking the “Uninstall” link in your settings will not remove the app from Facebook and any associated system users, though. Find out how to remove these as well here.

Indeed. Disconnecting Facebook from WooCommerce will not affect your Facebook page (posts, ads, published posts…). The store’s products will not be displayed, therefore, selling them via your Facebook page will no longer be possible.

I hope that helps, otherwise let us know. We are happy to help!

    Hello,

    thank you

I uninstalled Facebook from the webpage. I removed the woocommerce application from facebook.

The product catalog will still be displayed on Facebook ecommerce. That's fine? Or should I delete the products? Should I delete the catalog on Facebook?

Or does it not matter and when I install the plugin on the webpage, the product data on the fb page is updated?

    thanks

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Additionally, please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We can troubleshoot the error a bit further there and also look at the impact on your site and product sync more closely.
