    I have the latest version of WP to Buffer running, but on the Settings page I get the error message when try to authorize : cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.bufferapp.com port 443: Connection timed

    How do I solve this?

    Note that the hosting company says the api.bufferapp.com 443 has already whitelisted. But still getting the error

    Timeouts would be caused by one or more of the following:
    * api.bufferapp.com being unavailable at the time you were making a request. See https://status.buffer.com/ for the status of the Buffer service
    * Your host (despite stating a whitelist has been applied) is not allowing outbound connections to the said address

    The plugin has built in fallbacks to use IP addresses in the event that DNS resolution fails, but if you truly feel this is a plugin fault, feel free to provide details and access to the problematic installation via our support form at https://www.wpzinc.com/support
