    Hi,

I moved my site web (test site) throught a new server (production) last week.
And I can’t login with CAS now.

After login in the CAS Login page, I wait a long time and finally got this issue :
    Curl error: Failed connect to communaute.capcir.fr:8443; Connection timed outArray ( [url] => https://communaute.capcir.fr:8443/cas/serviceValidate?ticket=ST-1-2Fub92ga4oyhZQhX5xsY-communaute.capcir.fr&service=https://communaute.capcir.fr/ [content_type] => [http_code] => 0 [header_size] => 0 [request_size] => 0 [filetime] => -1 [ssl_verify_result] => 0 [redirect_count] => 0 [total_time] => 127.076989 [namelookup_time] => 0.004242 [connect_time] => 0 [pretransfer_time] => 0 [size_upload] => 0 [size_download] => 0 [speed_download] => 0 [speed_upload] => 0 [download_content_length] => -1 [upload_content_length] => -1 [starttransfer_time] => 0 [redirect_time] => 0 [certinfo] => Array ( ) [primary_ip] => 195.154.143.74 [primary_port] => 8443 [local_ip] => [local_port] => 0 [redirect_url] => )

    Seems that ticket isn’t validate.

I’m working know on a linux server (Centos 7), WP version 4.5.3 and WP Cassify version 1.9.3

Do you ever have this issue before ?

    Thanks for any help,
    Best regards.

  • Hi,

I think the machine wich host the wordpress blog can’t join the CAS server. Is it the same machine wich host wordpress blog and CAS server ?

Have you tried to check this. Make nslookup communaute.capcir.fr from itself ? If DNS resolution is good, test if it’s not a firewall problem. Make telnet on 8443 port from itself.

I think it’s network problem with your configuration not a plugin bug.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

You are right. Yes it’s the same machine which host WP blog and CAS server.

I find my mistake in the configuration of firewall and router.
So now everything works well ??

    Thanks for your answer !

    Best regards.
