The multicurrency plugin seems to work correctly before insertion in the cart as the displayed price and currencies change correctly upon currency selection.
But once a product has been added to the cart, changing the currency only changes the currency symbol, not the amount. How can I change this behaviour?
Please note that I’m using the WooCommerce Products Add-Ons plugin. All products cost 0 USD and depending on the add-ons selected the final price is updated.

    Hello @tuxbox,

I’ve visited your website but I get a “This site can’t be reached” error. Could you please double check your link?

On the other hand, are you using any cache plugin? If so, could you please temporary deactivate it and check if the issue remains?

Finally, if you are also using WPML, please go to our support forum and open a chat there, we have all the required tools to assist you and we will be happy to help you to solve this issue quickly.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry, there was an error in the link. The correctlink is https://development3.tdla.solutions/

There is no cache plugin installed.

I’m not yet using WPML yet.

I can see the issue now, it may be an interaction issue with a third party. Therefore can you do the following: check if this issue appears in your test site when:

    In your test site:
    – Only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
    – Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Nineteen as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

If you don’t see the issue happening in the above scenario, can you try to determine whether this is a theme or a plugin issue?
If you find a culprit, let me know so that we can test this and help you better.

    Thank you for your help.

I’m using Elementor everywhere on my website. I can’t disable this plugin otherwise nothing will work. Is that an issue?

So far I think you can leave Elementor active as the problem could be more related to your theme or your booking system.

Please, let us know once you have perform the test.

I’ve done what you suggested and I found the issue. The main regular price is recalculated correctly but not the ones for the WooCommerce Product Add-ons (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/?quid=cf549b8ac6766236b135d960cfeb40b7).
I’ve contacted WooCommerce about this issue and they replied that it comes from the multicurrency plugin and not from them and they couldn’t help me.
Is there a way to make the multicurrency plugin work with the Product Add-ons one?

Thank you for your report. Are you able to reproduce this issue in the following Sandbox?

Thank you very much @tuxbox, I can see the issue now and it has been reported to our devs.

In the meantime I can see that if you add a value different from zero to the product, it works correctly, it may work as workaround in the meantime.

I let you know when I have any news.

It doesn’t work correctly even when the value is not zero. Only this value is recalculated not the add-ons one.

Waiting for the feedback from your devs.

    Any updates about this issue?

    Hello @tuxbox ,

We have found this to be a missing feature, and therefore we do not have a workaround available at the moment. Our developers are working on a fix, and it will be implemented in a future version of WCML.

We will update here as soon as anything new comes up.
