    Hello

My website uses JMD currency and so when I go to checkout an order using the Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce, it gives me this error message that states,

“Currency code is not currently supported. Please refer https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/rest/currency-codes/ for list of supported currency codes”.

I know PayPal only uses selected currencies but how could I work around this issue so that it converts the JMD amount on my site to USD?

    Hi @doctor-web

I am not sure I understand what you’re trying to accomplish. PayPal doesn’t supported the JMD currency so you will need to offer a supported currency on your site’s fronted.

If you want to enter your product prices in JMD within the WooCommerce backend and then have them converted to USD on the fronted, you will need to use a currency switcher plugin. There are several popular currency switcher plugins that you can choose from.

    Kind Regards
