Can I add a currency suffix to prices on product pages (based on visitors geolocation) and checkout using this plugin on a free plan or would I have to upgrade to show any currency code?

I’m using Alidropship plugin which shows local currency to visitors based on their location. There’s a confusion when they see $ sign everywhere which attributes to USD, AUD, CAD etc. So product pages show local currency equivalent and checkout shows USD equivalent as USD set as default currency in Woocommerce.

    Thank you.

  • hi,

The free version of this plugin can address this request. Please go to the plugin settings/ General, change your own custom symbol.

    Best regards

Hi! Can I ask how the free version addresses the issue? There’s only two currencies available on a free plan and my visitors are all around the globe.

Even using 2 currencies doesn’t add local currency, in my example AUD and USD.

So am I missing something from your response?

    Hi,

As your initial question: “There’s confusion when they see $ sign everywhere which attributes to USD, AUD, CAD”, Is that what you are wondering?
You can see my above response to solve this, by customizing the custom symbol currency field https://prnt.sc/sn4t4c

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I tried it but again it limits you to only 2 currencies which makes the whole purpose unachievable when you have visitors from more than 2 countries – USD, CAD, AUD etc., whichever attributes to $ sign.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, in the free version, there are 2 currency choices available for you to choose from. If you would like more than 2 currencies, don’t hesitate to upgrade to the premium to experience.

    Best regards.
