Regarding the currency conversion problem, it looks like your store is set up with AUD as the default currency. Make sure that your currency conversion rates are up to date and correctly configured in your WooCommerce settings, and also in any currency conversion plugins you might be using like WBW Currency Switcher for WooCommerce that you have active.

If this is the plugin you’ve chosen for switching currencies, we suggest checking their documentation to make sure it’s set up correctly and is compatible with WooPayments. It’s important that any currency switcher plugin used with WooPayments is fully compatible to prevent problems like incorrect currency conversion charges.

Having said that, WooPayments alone should have the feature to automatically switch currencies in the store settings found here. If you have this enabled, it’s important review is the settings in your multi-currency setup under WooPayments. Ensure that the right conversion rates are applied and that no manual overrides could have caused a mismatch.

We also suggest using only one method to switch currencies. Having both methods active might cause problems since they will both try to handle currency conversion for transactions.
