    Hello WooCommerce Support

I’m having a currency display issue on iPhones in the WooCommerce mobile app.

My store’s default currency is Euro (€), and I’m using the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin.

On Android, prices show correctly with the € symbol. On iPhones, the prices are correct, but the dollar sign ($) is shown instead of the € symbol.

I’ve updated the app, rechecked settings, and reinstalled it, but the issue persists only on iPhones. How can I ensure the Euro symbol displays correctly on all devices?

    Thank you,

    Hello bacharoun,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I understand you’re encountering an issue with the currency display on iPhones.

Since the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin manages your store’s currencies, the issue may be specific to how the plugin interacts with iOS devices.

I recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce Multi Currency support team for assistance. They should be able to help you troubleshoot why the Euro symbol is not displaying correctly on iPhones.

In the meantime, you might also want to check if the issue occurs on multiple browsers on iPhones or if it’s specific to a particular browser. This could provide additional information to the plugin’s support team.

Let me know how it goes. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello Zubair,

I want to mention that the problem is happening in the woocommerce app to manage the store, and not on the website

the currencies on the website are displaying correctly, so the issue is more likely linked to the app

The problem happening only while creating the order in the app, the showed symbol is $, but after creating it the symbol shift to the euro

    Hey, @bacharoun!

Since the issue only happens with the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin, as my colleague mentioned, the best way to get help is to reach out to their support so they can check what is going on and why their plugin is not working correctly with the iOS app. ??

If you need further help from us with the WooCommerce mobile app, can you please contact the mobile support by going to the App Menu > Help & Support?

This way the ticket will be sent to out mobile team and they will be able to assist you further ??

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!
