I have just installed this plugin and set up my email template. When I used the “send a test email” function, everything looked great. However when I created fake abandoned carts using different emails with and without account, the currency shown in the emails was all in Euro (I am not located in Europe) when my store’s default currency is USD.

FYI my store is using WordPress 4.9.9, Flatsome theme, WooCommerce 3.5.5.

Could you please help to look into this? Thank you!

    Hi,

We are sorry for the delay in response due to weekend.

Thank you for sharing useful information.

Can you please let me know you are using any currency switcher plugin on your website?

    Regards,

Yes, one of the plugin I use comes with currency switcher with auto-detect geo location function.

    Hi,

Which plugin you are using for currency switcher? If it is the premium plugin then can you kindly share with us zip file of that plugin on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” email address? So, we can try to replicate the same.

Can you share with us screenshot of that plugin’s settings page? I was also able to replicate the same issue on your website. I had abandoned a cart in USD and the currency symbol is showing in Euro.

My Currency converter comes with Alidropship Woo plugin. Unfortunately I don’t have the zip file of it but here are the links about it:

    https://help.alidropship.com/settings/pricing-and-currency/currency-settings

And here is a screenshot of the settings page of it:

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the setting page and URL of the Alidropship Woo plugin.

If we will not have this plugin then we could not check the issue.

I would inform you that we do show the currency from the WooCommerce > Settings > General tab: https://prntscr.com/mvh0wu

Can you let me know you have selected currency symbol Euro or USD in the WooCommerce Setting?

I confirm that the default currency in my WooCommerce setting is always in USD.

I have just tested again with the currency switcher turned off in Alidropship Woo plugin and the problem seems to be gone. But I really hope I can keep this function while still be able to use your plugin.

I managed to download the zip file of my Alidropship Woo plugin and have sent it to your support email. Please see if you can replicate the issue and advise me how to fix the problem. Thanks!
