Currency not updating after sale

    I host a website for myself and someone else. Recently a customer ordered a product for $78.00 then went to paypal to complete their order.

    We charge for tax and offer free shipping for Canada. The currency of the site is set to USD. We are also based in Canada!

    The problem is that once the customer went to Paypal to pay for the order, the total amount that he ended up paying was $81.90 ($78.00 + $3.90). The payment is not having the USD applied to it!
