Currency switcher – integrate with theme

  • I am trying to add the currency switch to my menu and would like it to behave like the rest of the elements in my menu. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Is there any way of adding the two currencies separately to the menu, like I would do with a post link, page link etc?

  • Hi Kim,

    You can add it to menu as a custom link, with URL set to /?wcj-currency=EUR etc.

    It doesn′t seem to work changing currency though. When I click the secondary currency I get this url: https://willekulla.com/?wcj-currency=SEK

    When I continue to another page, th currency extension disappears. Is it supposed to be there always?

    Hi Kim,

    Sorry for a slight delay. Yes, currency extension in the address bar disappears, however it’s saved in current session, so it’s not needed – until currency is switched again (i.e. when new currency extension appears in address), it’s saved for current user. Hope you understood what I meant, let me know if you didn’t and I will explain it again.
