    Hi,
I have 2 currencies woocommerce store.
    Orders are accepted OK.
Each order in Woocommerce is shown with the currency it was ordered.
    All is OK until here.
The problem is with the “Customers” reports under Woocommerce.
It shows only the basic currency no matter what.
For example, If the order is 150$, it will show the amount of this order as 150? in the Customers report.
Same problem under Analytics reports -> Customers list.

  • Hi there @webcart ??

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

I understand this is related with the multi-currency set up at your store.

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to reach out to the support channel of the plugin enabling the multi-currency functionality, regarding this, or otherwise? Feel free to reach to them, as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Hi,
First thing was to contact the currency plugin support.
    Their reply was:
“In fact, our plugin does not support currency convertors in the Backend. (WooCommerce > Customers)”.

    Hi @webcart

Unfortunately, at this time, WooCommerce’s native reporting feature only supports the base currency set in your WooCommerce settings. This means all sales, regardless of the currency they were made in, are converted to the base currency for reporting purposes.

However, as per your message, it seems the problem lies with your currency converter plugin, as it does not support currency conversions in the backend.

One potential workaround could be to convert the amounts for your reports manually. However, I understand this might not be the most efficient solution.

Another option is to consider using a different multi-currency plugin that supports backend conversions. There are several available in the WooCommerce marketplace that might better suit your needs.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Hi @shameemreza,
    Thanks for your reply.
The thing is that WooCommerce Reports shows a good report.
It shows all the orders with the base currency and it knows to calculate the value in the base currency.
This is not the situation with the Customers report which does not calculate the value in the base currency.
As I understand, both reports are WooCommerce built in reports so I wonder why one report is good but the other is not.

    Hey there @webcart !
I am afraid that as other forum members mentioned in this thread, we are not in a position to know since you are using a third party plugin for currencies.
We are not familiar with third party solutions and their code, therefore, we are not in a position to share any accurate guidance on how it interferes with the WooCommerce plugin.
Please consult with the support team behind the plugin you are using.
Thank you for using WooCommerce ??

    Hi @katerinaz,
I already contacted with the currency plugin support (Curcy) and they adviced me that the problem is not on their side and instructed me to contact with WooCommerce support.
I installed another currency plugin (FOX) but the problem is the same.
Would you like to check it from my site’s backend?

    Hi there @webcart,

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately, we don’t offer support for third-party plugins. We do offer a multi-currency extension in our marketplace which may give you better results. If you are in a supported region, WooCommerce Payments also offers Multi-currency natively.

    Hope this helps!
