Current plan is changed immediately before expiry if renewed

  • Hello,

    I have multiple plans added to ARMember plugin. For eg: Plan1, Plan2, and Plan3. If user is registered with Plan1 which is expiring tomorrow and if user tries to renew and change to Plan2 then user looses there 1 day access to old plan i.e., Plan1. Is it possible that user has an access to Plan1 till there actual expiration and Plan2 access starts from the next day when Plan1 expires?

    Hello,

    ARMember does provide facility to set Upgrade/downgrade action for the plan type “Paid Plan (finite)” and “Subscription / Recurring Payment”. Enable “Enable Upgrade / Downgrade Action” option and then select plan for consider upgrade and select “Upgrade to other plan after current plan expiration ( After End Of Term)” which will assigned membership plan to the user when their old plan end.

    Hello,

    In my case, it is not fixed which plan user would subscribe again. It can be same plan or a different plan. So upgrade/downgrade option isn’t applicable.
