    I am sorry for the late reply, we were really busy last time.
    But now, I am fully engaged to help you with the issue!

    Very soon we will release a new version with the feature you want!
    It will be located above Show excerpt in the Display tab.
    Name of the new feature: Exclude current post from the list.
    I wish that’s the solution you want ??
