Current slider options not possible

Dear user our current options are available on free version too, so if you bought pro version, you can use general options.
Please tell us what exactly from current options does not work for you?

General Options do NOT work for me. I still get the Popup that the options are disabled in the Free Version, however, I purchased and downloaded the pro version, disabled and deleted the free version, and uploaded the pro version. The advertisement in the upper right corner is now gone, however, when I go to change any settings in the General Options, it tells me the options are disabled int he Free Version.

I am on version 10.0.

Please provide a resolution!

I can provide screen shots if needed.

I just found that if I press the X in the message saying I need the Pro version, it actually accepts the change. This is not convenient.

I sent an email to the [email protected] with screen shots, so I will see how long it takes to respond, if more than 2 days, I am giving them their software back and getting a refund.

Dear our support service always answers within 24 hours.
This problem always happens because of cache files that remain after free version.
