Current status is 1%, from 3 days

  • Hello,
    on all sites where i use BeRocket AJAX plugin after last plugin upgrade i have this message.

    BeRocket AJAX Product Filters Additional tables are generating. They will be used after generation is completed. Current status is 1%

    And after 3 days is always 1%.

    What can i do ?

    Hello,

    the problem is more serious than I initially thought.

    Your plugin is not properly installed, it blocks the functioning of this important GDPR (Iubenda) plugin. The cookie bar no longer appears and the preventive blocking of cookies is not working.

    Can you please resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    The issue with 1% in most cases is easy to fix. Please open plugin settings page tab Addons, turn off Custom Tables add-on. Save settings. Now turn it back on and save settings again. This will re-init the process.

    Please provide a link to the GDPR plugin you are using.

    Also please describe better what means “The cookie bar no longer appears” and “preventive blocking of cookies is not working”. Is this GDPR plugin functionality or something else?

    Thanks for the reply.

    The 1% problem is solved but the cookie bar has not been resolved.
    The question of the preventive block is linked to the cookie bar.

    The plugin that I use for the cookie bar is

    If i disable your plugin the cookie bar works fine.

    On a staging I tried to roll back your plugin up to 1.3.6 but unfortunately it still doesn’t work.

    At this point, I can’t tell you for sure when it doesn’t work.
