• Hi guys.

Great plugin which I’ve been able to style to my liking, except one small problem.

I’m using a floating menu with #’s to link to different ID’s on the homepage.

I click on each menu item and it scroll nicely to the correct section.

However, I’d love for it to add a class when you scroll to that area, or click on it and it goes to that ID.

For example, I have 5 menu items that all relate to stacked div ID’s, so if I click on the 3rd menu item which takes me to the 3rd ID, I’d like to style that menu item to show it’s the current item in view. Likewise, when I scroll down through the ID’s for it to do the same, highlighting each menu item as I go down the page.

I hope that makes sense – I don’t have a live version of the site up yet as it’s sensitive content, but hope you have a solution.

Thanks again, great plugin with loads of options.

    Hi Alson.

Is there any way I can message you directly? The link is on a temporary server, but not launched yet, so would prefer to not publicly share the link.

    Thanks

    Hi Alison.

The site is live now, so I can share the link with you.

    https://jengu.org.uk

On the homepage I have a floating menu on the side – what I need to do is when you scroll / click on the buttons, the active circle turns black.

I’ve styled it to customise for the design of the site, so all I need is a “active” class when that section has been scrolled to / clicked.

    Hope you can help
    Aaron

Hi Alison, sure sorry I wasn’t clear.

So the menu on the right allows you to naviaged through the home page sections.

I’d like to be able to change the colour of that button as the user scrolls through the page to indicate what section they are on, or when they click on that button, for it to stay with an active class until the next or previous section is scrolled to.

    Does that make more sense?
    Thanks

    Hi @aaronbennett2097

    Thank you for the explanation.

Currently, this feature is not available. We will talk about this feature with our developers and add if it becomes feasible with the current settings.

    Regards!
