    The payment forms are not loading on the checkout page after the new update. It shows me this red error message: Currently unavailable. Please try a different payment method.

    Please fix it ASAP.

  • I’m having the same issue. Our checkout page is greyed out and we cannot enter credit card info. Having a look at this and I de-activated the autoptimize plugin and now it works. Can this conflict be fixed as we need the caching plugin enabled. thanks

    Can you please check now on whether the fields are appearing? if the behaviour persists then can you switch the theme to the default twenty sixteen theme while deactivating all the plugins except WooCommerce and braintree to check if the behaviour persists?

    If it does persist then we would like to check this, can you please raise a ticket at?https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?along with the administrator credentials?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and braintree, and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site

    A fairly standard cut and paste response. I posted 6 days ago that the conflict was with autoptimize which we have had to deactivate. There is still an additional paypal button on the cart page before the checkout page that is causing confusion for customers as they press this before adding shipping amount or details. There was no issue before the latest update to the plugin.

    There was no problem with any of the plugins I use BEFORE the update.

    As far as Autoptimize is concerned; if any problem in cart/ checkout, then simply untick the “also optimize cart/ checkout pages” and -if AO is to blame- all will be fine.

    Got an email from Praveen this morning saying that my site was fixed. It certainly seems everything is working properly!

    I urge you to open a ticket with them if you are still having issues.

    The reason is still unknown, as he reported he did nothing but reactivate the plugin…
