    When I first installed this plugin, it worked well, and it cropped all my thumbnails for every size that my theme and other plugins dictated. For some reason, now it only works sometimes. The thumbnail crops the way I set in your plugin on the home page of my website and on the archive pages, but doesn’t work properly with the Related Posts by Zemanta plugin or with the Jetpack Galleries when the image size is set to thumbnails. They pull the original WordPress-cropped thumbnail.

    Can this be fixed?

    If Zemanta plugin or Jetpack Galleries use the standard wordpress thumbnails, then it should be working. If they use there own thumbs, then you have a problem.
