    Hello,

Since 14.12.2 version, curves does not disappear/appear when clicking on “Visitors” and “Views” on dashboard (screenshot 1 and screenshot2).

In traffic overview, curves disappear normally but actual views data is missing (screenshot). I think datas are also missing in search engines overview.

    Thank you

    Hi @ads97129,

After reviewing the Traffic Overview widget, we can confirm that disabling data in the chart is not functioning as expected.

I have escalated this issue to our team for further review and investigation.

Regarding the number of views in the Daily Traffic Trend, please note that this figure represents the total accumulated views within the specified date range, which in your case is the year 2024. Summing up the monthly views should match the total displayed in the “Views” section.

Additionally, could you please provide more details about the issue you are encountering with the “Referrals from Search Engines” widget?

We look forward to your response.

    Regards,
    Matthew

    Hi @mhdizmni,

Summing up the monthly, weekly, last 30 days … views, 4 curves appear (visitors and views on actual period and previous periode) but total views in previous period does not appear.

Totals are missing in “Referrals from Search Engines” widget and totals do not correspond with curves (screenshot 1, screenshot 2, screenshot 3).

    Thank you

    Dear @ads97129,

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed response.

It looks like there is an unusual issue with the referral charts and also the Daily Traffic Trend chart on your site.

Could you please navigate to Statistics > Optimization > Plugin Maintenance > Referrals Settings and click the Update Source Channel button?

Please note that updating the source channels may take up to a few minutes.

Additionally, try disabling and re-enabling the Previous Period in Charts option under Statistics > Settings > Display Options > Admin Interface.

If the issue persists, we would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us via email at [email protected] so we can investigate further together. Please include the topic URL in your inquiry for reference.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Regards,
    Matthew
