    Hi,

    Getting below error and customer failed to checkout . Currently reverted plugin to lower version

    Payment gateway with handle ‘wc-stripe-block-credit-card’ has been deactivated because its dependency
    ‘wc-blocks-registry’ is not registered. Read the docs about registering assets for payment methods:

    Hi @shanrocks666,

    What was the error that prevented your customer from checking out? That message you posted wouldn’t interfere with the checkout process.

    If you check the order notes there will probably be something descriptive.

    It’s an information message, it shouldn’t prevent the actual payment process from working. Per my previous reply, can you check the order details for the page and see if there are any order notes associated with the order?

    What version of WC are you using?

    Hi,

    I checked stripe account do not see order logged and in my wp order dashboard also do not see any pending or failed order . But in the error log i see customer tried 2 times and but both times it blocked .

    May be plugin did not even send the order to process.

    I just now placed a live order using previous version and everything is working .

    I checked in google similar issue people logged here

    Hi @shanrocks666,

    What version of WC are you using?

    How do you see that the customer was blocked based on those two entries in the error log?

    You should go to your stripe.com account click Developers and find all failed requests. More than likely your customer didn’t process a payment due to a valid error like a card decline. Those aren’t logged against an order since the order doesn’t exist at the time of card decline.

    I recommend you place a live order using version 3.3.0 as well and I am sure it will work. That log entry is information because you’re most likely using an older version of WC.

    Hi,

    My WC version is updated to Version 5.2.2 .

    Yes i checked stripe logs for failed request , nothing is there.

    I am also confuse, why there is no error in stripe log.

    I can see from my Facebook campaign , checkout was initiated.

    Not sure ,Ya i will try to place live order with latest version also when it is off hours
