[cusrev_reviews] shortcode doesn’t work

Hi,

I have two websites, on the first one I set up Customer Reviews plugin without any problem and put [cusrev_reviews] shortcode on the product page. Here’s an example : https://foudefoot.fr/produit/sticker-joueur-de-foot/

On the other website, which is under the same theme with the same version of theme and the same version of plugin, it doesn’t work.

I copied and pasted the product page structure code from the original website to my new website and you can see that product pages are exactly the same, but the shortcode doesn’t work.

One more thing, there’s no link at the top of the page, with the count of reviews. This is weird as there’s a link on my other website and this is the same plugin.

Shortcode is enabled and the settings between both websites are exactly the same.

Do you have any ideas ?
