Custom Accordion Spoiler Style

I’m trying to create my own style for accordion spoilers. I have 5 spoilers/contents, and each spoiler needs to be different. I.e., Title 1 would have a look different from the others, Title 2, different, etc etc.
What parts of the CSS do I need to copy/rename to my own styling name? I’m working in the box.shortcodes.css (called from my custom skin in the settings).
