Custom Add To Home Banner – Change h3 heading tag

    Is there any way to filter the HTML for the Custom Add To Home Banner? The h3 tag in the banner is causing issues with my SEO on pages with no H2 tags so I have had to disable the banner for now.

    I can see the function in class-service-worker.php but there does not appear to be a way to modify the HTML.
