Custom Additional Fields

Hi, since a few days ago the unique custom additional field on the website doesn’t save anything in the wp_postmeta table and doesn’t generate any error in the Plesk error log. We’ve deactivated it until we find the error.
The website is perfectly updated with the latest versions of plugins, theme and WordPress.
Have you reported any similar error? Any idea?
