Custom amount in donation page not working

    Hello, We have custom amount field in our donation form. It is no longer working. When we enter a custom amount and click submit to move to PayPal, the page reloads and comes back to the form. There are no errors found in browser console. Prompt response will be appreciated.

    Hi @vishal0723,

    In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Donations -> Tools -> Logs -> Payment Errors, click on the eye icon next to any of the errors on the list, and copy/paste the full error message in your next reply.

    This will give us more context as to what is going on and point you in the right direction.

    Can you also provide a link to your form so we can test it?
