I created and selected a custom archive page and it is empty. Not a single story inside. Do i need some kind of shortcode on the page? Or how to get stories to be displayed there?

  • @ediet Thanks for getting in touch. Can you please share the URL for your custom archive page, as well as your Site Health information privately via this form?

The benefit of choosing a custom page for displaying your stories is complete flexibility and control over its content. No stories are displayed there by default. The only thing that’s being displayed is your page’s content.

Use the Web Stories block or the [web_stories] shortcode on that page to display your latest stories the way you’d like.

You can also keep the default archive page or disable the archive completely if that’s your preference.

As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
