Custom avatars for commenters

    Hi,

    I have a site with lot’s of posts and comments.
    All my comments got a blank avatars (grayed silhouette) – I want to manually set avatars for them, so they look more personal and for new users to add possibility upload own avatars.

    Gravatars and looklike avatars won’t work as I want to be able to set pictures myself.
    For those comments that are already on my website I want to be able upload/add avatars myself.

    How do I do that?
    Please advice
