Custom backend reports with custom fields

I have a client who wants a subscription based site in WP. All pointers right now indicated WC is the way to go.

Some specifics about this job. This is a meal plan ordering site where people can subscribe to weekly, biweekly, every 4 weeks (not monthly due to some months having 5 weeks). Not individual meals, yet.

Another requirement is when someone is signing up, they have field(s) where they can list food allergies (super important).

Based on these requirements, it seems easy for WC, and maybe a custom field plugin? Where I’m getting stuck is this client wants to be able to click a link on the backend (or frontend) where their food service prep people can get a simple list of active subscribers (NAP data) along with food allergies.

I’ve poked around and can’t seem to find anything conclusive on a reporting plugin that will allow us to do this combined with WC and a custom fields plugin (if thats even required?).

Sure would appreciate some guidance.
