Custom Beaver Builder Dashboard no longer appearing

  • After recent updates I noticed on a handful (not all?) sites that the beaver builder modules linked to the custom welcome message have just disappeared. The module box is there, but completely empty.

    We have disabled all plugins to see if there was a conflict, but did not work. Then we also tried selecting different beaver builder templates to fill in the module and it also did not work.

    Open to any suggestions for help. Worried about this now that we saw it on a second site!

    I actually just realized it is a conflict with Woocommerce. It was a core plugin we never disabled. Just disabled it and it brought everything back. When re-enabled it removed it.

    I just did testing to Woocommerce and Beaver Builder, and I regret to inform you that I was not able to encounter any issues.

    May I know if you are using the latest version of Beaver Builder. Kindly send me the javascript error from your browser console.
