Custom booking form?

Hi there, Im running pro but Im having trouble finding this:
https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/custom-booking-forms/The documentation states there should be a forms tab under events, but I cannot see one? What Im trying to do is to add a date field to a recurring event booking form. So the user can book a location for a specific date within the recurring range. Can anyone help?
