Custom category pages. Low code approaches ?

I don’t have more than 5 categories so I was thinking about creating normal pages and then redirecting each category to pages custom block built counterpart. This would enable completely custom and client editable category pages for each.

You can create a page with the Categories listed in images or links, and then link to a different page where that page was created using the WooBlocks item, yes.

To do this you would create a standard page and show a Category, or create a page and use the block Products Category List. When clicking on that Category it will auto redirect to the category page that displays in block format.

??Thanks Mike and sorry for the delay, but my query was about the single category item pages / templates as opposed to grids of categories on other pages. My goal is highly client customisable content rich Category item template pages for SEO and experience. I intend to do this by creating normal pages and redirecting category links to these pages. way to go or not?
