Custom Category Style

    Hello,
    Hope you are all doing good,
    I did some searches but with no luck and hope I can find an answer to my inquiry ..
    I would like to change parents categories color and style (ex.. red and bold) which will make them more visible in crowded category list (posts , pages or custom forms). I am not sure if that can be done by changing the main WP code or Style.css .. Thank you for your time ..
