Custom CHARACTER profile

I”m searching for a plugin or a method which would allow a user to submit a ‘profile’ for a topic which would have variable aspects. Ranging from General Info about, statistics about, images of, etc. It is my hope to find a form that a user can, when logged into the site, click and fill out a description of, submit a submission. Ideally this would be for Comic Book characters – a form would allow us to style the submission and to help ‘standardize’ the general look of the submissions.

When the submissions are done, they would go to a character profiles library, so they aren’t actually ‘blog posts’ and yet they are. We figured out how to set a post with a slug to the same category etc, to populate a page which is filled with all the related posts (so we can do that to build our library of postings about comics characters).

We are teaching ourselves to use wordpress, we like comicbooks, so we thought we’d build a site about comic book characters to help sustain our interests while we work to build this site and learn about the wonders of wordpress.
