    Those code generators are not at all a part of WordPress, or may not even be using WordPress at all themselves. The only thing that ties them to WordPress is that the code they generate can be used in WordPress. So if you want to have your own generator, you will have to code it out.

    Still you haven’t mentioned what are you trying to generate, if you explain it properly and its simple enough, I’ll code one generator for you.
