I redid the test on other themes, the custom colors don’t work?
Hi @baxter89,
I understand that some of the custom colors aren’t working for you.
Does that happen on multiple sites? I wonder if it is some object cache or such on this specific site.
Here’s how it shows for me?
Full Size: https://d.pr/i/vkI2CqHello, I disabled all plugins and did the test on an online and local site, I have the same problem.
I only have the problem with custom colors?
I did the test with the following themes and it’s the same:Twenty twenty-three
Spectra
OllieHi @baxter89,
It’s odd that I personally can’t reproduce this at all.
Could you share the Site Health Report for this local test site that you mentioned?
You can get the Site Health Report by navigating to your WordPress Admin, then Tools > Site Health section of your site. Once there, click on
Info
and then copy it by clicking on theCopy site info to clipboard
button. Then, paste it here in your reply.` wp-core version: 6.3.1

I haven’t been able to replicate this as well. I wonder if you have tried removing and re-adding that one custom color which seems to be causing the issue in your video?
I remade a video of the problem, online and locally, with different themes.
I don’t understand the problem? That looks like it would be very frustrating. Can you try checking the browser console, and see if there are any errors in there? You can refer to the steps in this document about debugging.
I’ve done all the tests, it doesn’t change anything whatever browser I use.
THANKSHello,
I found the problem, I reinstalled with localwp and WordPress in English, it works
I put the WordPress in French and the time on UTC+2 I create my custom colors, it doesn’t work anymoreI tried to replicate this, but I was only able to do it once, and only on a LocalWP install. I haven’t been able to replicate this on any other place.
@baxter89 You mentioned you have tried this on a live site as well. Can you share where is this hosted? If you’re able to, can you try to replicate this on something like InstaWP (It gives you two free testing sites for things like this)?
Hello,
I just did the test with InstaWP, the English version works and when I put the WordPress in French, it no longer works.
See the video :THANKS
