Custom colours don’t seem to work

I am having the same problem, and it looks like what is causing it is there are two hex symbols (#) in the css that the plugin creates, which causes the error.

Hopefully this will be addressed by plugin authors.

Indeed it seems that there is a minor issue which prevents custom palette colours from showing! This will be fixed in the next release!

I have the same problem! Whatever changes you make, the custom color scheme loses its settings.

Hello @wordpress3cx and @wp3cx, how are you? After the update, the chat defaulted to “English” except the “start chat” button. In the settings, all messages are in Portuguese. Because the site is Brazilian. The color settings are ok. GeoIP does not work.

Hello @hruod, since plugin does not have an approved translation for Portoguese, you fall back to english language for many parts of it. We provide .po/.mo files for portoguese you can manually replace in your WordPress language folders.

As explained in settings page, GeoIP feature requires “GeoIP Detection plugin”, you can install from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/geoip-detect/
Please install it and configure properly.
