    Hi,

    Our Android App will be ready for takeoff soon. Please sign up here and we’ll keep you in the loop:

    {name fields] -mandatory
    age fields – not mandatory
    email address – mandatory

    if they do not enter age, can we have a popup that says, “Wait! Many of our offers are for adults only. Sharing your birthdate ensures you have access to everything appropriate for your age. Want to reconsider?” Then 2 buttons: Yes, please! and No, thanks! If yes, go back to form and put curser into that field. If no, then submit automatically and have a pop-up that appears saying “Thank you for flying with us. We’ll be in touch soon when the Android version is ready for takeoff!”

    Is it possible to design the form like above using Contact Form Builder? Can you please suggest me?

    Dear basanthalluri,

    Most of the options are possible. The difference is the following, you can have the pop-up with a text, but you cannot have the user to select the Yes and No buttons. We have submit button which should be pressed it doesn’t get submitted automatically. We have action after submission where you can provide the text to be displayed after submitting the form, but it will appear on the page, not as a pop-up. Thank you.
