custom contact form emails "from" site, not sender

I just switched from contact form 7 (not working) to Custom CF. After laboriously creating 4 forms, i realize all emails come in as “from” my site.

I need them to come from the email address of the person filling out the form, so i can just hit “reply,” instead of cutting and pasting the address into a new email.

Any help will be hugely and enthusiastically appreciated.

Have searched, written the developer and have tried these suggestions
